Please read carefully before placing your order.
We offer only a 2 Day Return / Replacement Window from the date your order is delivered. Any request raised after 48 Hours of delivery will be automatically rejected.
✅ Eligible Only If:
- Product is received in wrong item / wrong size / defective condition
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, accessories and invoice are available
- Return request is submitted within 2 days of delivery
❌ We Do NOT Accept Returns If:
- Product is used even once
- Product has minor damage, scratches, marks, dents, stains, tears or any sign of use
- Packaging is torn or missing
- Customer changes mind after delivery
- Wrong size selected by customer (please check size before ordering)
- Color difference due to screen lighting preference
- Product damaged after delivery by customer handling
🚫 IMPORTANT STRICT CONDITION:
We do not accept any product after minor damage as well.
Even small scratches, broken seal, dust marks, shoe sole marks, fabric pull, odor, dents, missing tag, opened accessories or packaging damage can lead to rejection.
📦 Unboxing Proof Required:
For any missing / damaged / wrong product claim, customer must provide:
- Full unboxing video from sealed package opening
- Clear photos of issue
- Order details
Without proper unboxing proof, claims may be rejected.
⏰ Refund / Replacement Process:
- Once item is inspected and approved, refund/replacement will be processed.
- If returned item fails quality check, request will be cancelled.
📌 Final Note:
By placing order, customer agrees to this strict 2 day policy. Please inspect your parcel immediately after delivery.
No exceptions beyond 48 hours.
