6. Strict Return / Replacement Policy
- We provide only a 2 Day Return / Replacement Window from the date of delivery.
- Any request raised after 48 Hours of delivery may be rejected.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/accessories intact.
Important:
We do not accept returns or replacements for products with even minor damage, signs of use, scratches, marks, stains, dents, missing packaging, torn tags, or altered condition.
7. Unboxing Proof Requirement
- For wrong item, damaged item, or missing item claims, customers should provide a complete unboxing video from sealed package opening.
- Clear photos and order details may also be required.
- Claims without proper evidence may be declined.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
9. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
