  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, transit speed and delivery handling are managed by the shipping provider.

4. Tracking Information

  • If tracking is available, shipment details will be shared after dispatch.
  • Tracking updates may take time to reflect depending on courier systems.

5. Packaging Condition During Delivery

  • In some cases, the outer box or package may arrive with minor dents, tape marks, pressure marks, or slight damage caused during transit by delivery partners.
  • This does not always mean the product inside is damaged. Please inspect the item first after opening.

Important Notice:
Please do not hold us responsible for minor external box damage caused during courier transit. Responsibility claims should be made only if the actual product item is missing, wrong, broken, or severely damaged inside the package.

6. Missing / Wrong / Damaged Product Claims
If you receive a wrong item, missing item, or damaged product, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Full unboxing video from sealed package opening
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Order details

Claims without proper proof may be rejected.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Customers must ensure correct shipping address and phone number are provided.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details, unavailable recipient, or repeated refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Delays Beyond Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural events
  • Strikes or transport issues
  • Festival rush periods
  • Courier operational delays
  • Government restrictions

9. Refused or Undelivered Orders

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability may incur shipping or handling deductions.
